How to File a Return with LETHARA
At LETHARA, we want you to love every purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’ve made the return and exchange process as simple as possible. Please follow the steps outlined below to initiate your return request and to ensure your return is handled efficiently and meets all criteria.
Start Your Return or Exchange
Use our online portal below to submit your request. Provide your Order Number, Reason for Return/Exchange, and any additional details.
- For Incorrect or Defective Item: Please include clear photographs of the issue.
- For exchanges: Specify the new size, color, or product you'd like.
Once submitted, our team will review your request, guide you through the next steps, and provide you with a Return/Exchange Authorization Number (RAN/EAN) along with the return shipping address.

Step-by-Step Return Process
1. Check Return Eligibility
Before filing a return, please ensure that:
- The item is within our 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
- The item is not a bespoke or made-to-measure product.
2. Prepare Your Item for Return
- Pack Securely: Pack the item(s) in the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, ensure the item is safely packed to avoid any damage during transit.
- Original Condition: Make sure the item is in its original, unworn condition, including all accessories, complimentary items, and the Original Packing Slip with the return. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.
3. Ship Your Return
- Use a trackable and reliable courier service to safely send your package to the return address provided by our team.
- Keep your return tracking number and share it with us when you complete the return form.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, or an incorrect product was delivered. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Tracking Your Return: You are responsible for tracking the return with the courier service. We are unable to process returns without a valid return tracking number.
5. Inspection and Processing
- Once your return arrives at our fulfilment centre, we will inspect it within 72 hours to ensure it meets all return conditions.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been successfully processed.
Refunds or Exchanges
- Refunds: If you are returning an item for a refund, it will be issued within 7 business days after the return is processed. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.
- Exchanges: If you are exchanging the item, the new product will be shipped out after we receive and inspect the returned item. Exchange orders will follow the standard shipping timelines.
- Non-Refundable Items: Bespoke or made-to-measure products are non refundable.
- Refund Delays: Please note that any additional delays caused by banks or credit card companies are beyond our control. If your refund is not received within the specified processing time, kindly contact your financial institution for further assistance.
6-Common Questions
6.1-What if I don’t have the original packaging?
If the original packaging is no longer available, you can still return the item as long as it is properly packed to avoid damage during transit. Please ensure the item is in its original, unused condition.
6.2-Can I return a custom order?
Unfortunately, custom and made-to-measure products cannot be returned for a refund. However, if there are any issues with fit, we do offer one-time free alterations.
6.3-What if my item is defective?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 2 business days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a pre-paid return label and process a full refund or exchange once the item is returned.
