LETHARA-Returns & Exchange Policy
At LETHARA, we strive for customer satisfaction and ensure that our return & exchange policy is as clear and hassle-free as possible. We understand the importance of flexibility when it comes to online shopping, and our policy is designed to give you peace of mind. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth process.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return windows for all eligible products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order Items must be in original condition unused, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will initiate the process within 72 hours.
- Exchanges will be processed and shipped as per our standard shipping timelines.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. However, depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account.
2. Start Your Return
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [support@lethara.com] within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return or exchange.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
- Package Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to avoid any damage during return transit. Make sure to include all tags, labels, and any other items that came with the product.
- Ship Your Item: Use a trackable shipping service to send the package to the address provided. This will ensure you can monitor the return. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Please note: We do not accept returns without a valid RAN.
3. Conditions for Return or Exchange
The following conditions must be met for a return or exchange to be accepted:
3.1-Unused and Unworn
Items must be in brand-new condition. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use, such as creases, scuffs, or other wear and tear.
3.2-Original Packaging
All products should be returned with their original packaging, including tags and labels.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted, and the return may be refused.
4. Exclusions
Certain products are non-returnable:
- Customized and Personalized Items: Any product made-to-order, customized, or personalized based on your specifications cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
- Gift Cards: These are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale Items: Products bought during sales or promotions are non-refundable.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or exchange and cover the shipping costs in such cases. You may be required to submit photographs of the defect.
6. Return Shipping & Alteration Charges
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items, except in cases where the product is defective, or the incorrect item was shipped.
- For alterations to customized items, the first alteration is offered at no additional charge. However, shipping costs to send the item back to us will be borne by the customer.
7. Refunds & Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to defective products.
8. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour:
- Follow the return process to send back the original item.
- Once we receive the return, the exchange order will be processed and shipped to you as per standard shipping timelines.
9. International Returns
For international customers, all returns must be shipped via a trackable and insured method. Please note that customs fees, duties, or taxes are not refundable. You will also be responsible for the return shipping costs.
10. Non-Refundable Situations
Please be aware of the following non-refundable scenarios:
- Any item returned without prior authorization.
- Worn, washed, or altered items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Products returned without original packaging or in non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund.
