At LETHARA, we’re committed to ensuring your shopping experience is seamless from the moment you place an order to the time it reaches your doorstep. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process, so you can shop with confidence.

1-Order Confirmation 

Upon successfully placing your order, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email. This email serves as your receipt and confirmation that we’ve begun processing your order. If you don’t receive this email within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or reach out to us at [Customer Support Contact] for assistance.

 

2-Worldwide Shipping Options 

We proudly offer shipping services to most locations across the globe. Please note, certain countries may have restrictions, and we currently do not ship to “Russia, Iran, Iraq, Israel”, or “OFAC-sanctioned countries”. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, feel free to contact our support team for confirmation. 


3-Delivery Times 

Our delivery times depend on the product type and shipping destination. Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect:

Note: 

- Ready-to-Ship Items: These are items marked as available for immediate dispatch.
Made-to-Meausre & Bespoke Products: Tailored items take longer due to the craftsmanship involved. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey. 


4-Shipping Carriers 

We work with trusted global courier services to ensure that your order arrives safely and promptly. We primarily use DHL, FedEx, and UPS for international shipping. Depending on your location, we may use a regional courier to provide faster service. - APO/PO Box Addresses: Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses at this time. Please provide a valid street address to avoid delays. 


5-Customs, Duties, and Taxes 

Please be aware that all international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that any customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to understand any potential additional costs before placing your order. 

Note: Customs clearance can sometimes cause delays, which are beyond our control.

6-Tracking Your Order 

After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment and contact the courier for any rescheduling or special delivery arrangements. You can track your order on the courier’s website using the provided number.

7- Missed Deliveries 

If the courier attempts delivery and you are unavailable, please follow up with them directly. After multiple failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned or destroyed by the courier, and unfortunately, we will not be liable for such situations.


8-Lost or Damaged Items 

At LETHARA, we understand the frustration of lost or damaged shipments. While rare, if your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we are here to help: 

- Lost Orders: If your order is marked as delivered by the courier but you have not received it, please contact our customer support team within 5 business days from the delivery date. We will work with the courier to investigate. Once confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Unfortunately, lost items are not eligible for a refund. 

- Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please report it to us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.

 

9-Incorrect Address Deliveries 

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We are unable to reroute or change addresses once an order has been dispatched. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs. In some cases, courier return costs can exceed the value of the items, and the package may be destroyed, which would prevent us from processing any refunds or replacements. 


10-Returns and Rescheduling Deliveries 

If you wish to return an item or reschedule a delivery, please refer to our Returns Policy. It’s important that you first accept the delivery before initiating any returns, as refusal of delivery may result in the package being destroyed by the courier, making a return impossible.

11-Combined Shipments 

If you place multiple orders to the same address, we may combine them into a single shipment (unless you specifically request otherwise). This helps reduce overall delivery time and shipping costs. However, please note that this may cause a slight delay in processing if one of the items requires additional production time.

 

12-Shipping Restrictions 

Some locations may have special restrictions or higher shipping costs due to distance, local laws, or customs regulations. In such cases, we will inform you of any additional shipping charges before processing your order.
